GUIDANCE NOTE : PAIA REPORTS AND REGISTRATION

The Information Regulator has requested all public and private bodies to submit Annual Reports for the 2025-2026 financial year by 30 June 2026, in terms of PAIA.

The PAIA report is an online report to be submitted to through the Information Regulator E Services Portal .To submit the report, you would need to be registered on the e services portal and be appointed as the information officer. Where you have not been registered before we kindly set out the steps below to assist you with this process.
