FINANCIAL STATEMENTS 30 JUNE
Just a friendly reminder that FSP’s with Financial Year End 28 February, the 2025 financial statements are due for submission onto the FSCA by 30 June 2025. Should the 2025 financials be ready, we will gladly assist with the FAIS online submission.
Where the annual financial statements have not been audited, the FAIS Annexure A must be comprehensively completed, signed and included with the Annual Financial Statements. Should you need an extension, please provide the following information no less than 15 days prior to the submission deadline date:
- Motivation (valid reasons) why the extension is being requested;
- Number of months’ extension required – one month or two months (maximum period normally allowed by the Authority);
- Proof of payment of R641-00 to the FSCA using your FSP number as reference.
